Department: Food & Beverage
Position(s): Cooks Helper
Summary of Duties: Carve the entrée on the Buffet Line
and maintain the line in times of operation, keeping the area
full and clean in appearance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet the customer in a friendly manner.
• Carve the entrée on the Buffet Line.
• Tell the customer to enjoy their meal.
• Maintain the Buffet Line, keeping the area full and clean
in appearance.
• Assist the Cooks in prepping for service time.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School or G.E.D. is required.
Relationships to Other Departments: Reports directly
to the Kitchen Manager and Shift Supervisor.
Employment Status: Full-time, permanent, hourly.

Time Off, and 401K. Native American preference applies.
