Department: Food Service
Position(s): Fine Dining Steward
Summary of Duties: Keep the Kitchen area cleaned and maintained.
Assists cooks with general preparation. Washes dishes, pots and
pans in a timely manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Keeps the Kitchen floors swept and mopped throughout the
day.
• Sweep and mop the coolers and dry storage areas daily.
• Make sure all equipment is cleaned on a regular basis.
• Empty the trash and break down boxes and dispose of throughout
the day.
• General cleaning of walls and ceilings on a regular basis.
• Wash all dirty dishes, pots, and pans as they are brought
to the area.
• Return the clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to their
proper storage area.
• Keep the dish machine cleaned inside and out.
• Maintain the dish area, wiping the area down and keeping
clean.
• All duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must possess a ND Gaming License and be eligible to receive
a National Indian Gaming License.
Relationships to Other Departments: Reports directly
to the Executive Chef and Executive Hostess and Sous Chef.
Employment Status: Full-time, permanent, hourly.
