Department: Gaming
Position(s): Gaming Floor Person
Summary of Duties: Supervisory responsibilities for Blackjack,
Craps, Roulette, Let It Ride, Phil Em Up, and Poker.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for employee development and assisting in
staffing all departments with qualified well trained personnel
• Assist Pit Boss in coordinating and developing statistical
data for budgets, trends, and projections.
• Directly supervises all Tables put under their supervision.
• Handle customer disputes in an effective and diplomatic
manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma / GED.
• Experience in dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Let
It Ride, Phil Em Up, and Poker.
• Must be qualified or be able to qualify for a gaming license.
• Requires excellent math Skills.
• Requires excellent customer service and people skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Any additional duties and responsibilities that upper
management may delegate in the future.
Relationships to Other Departments: Works directly
with the Pit Boss and other Floor Managers.
Employment Status: Full-time, permanent, hourly. Full
benefit package, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Personal Time
Off, 401 K Plan. Native American Preference applies.
