the Player's Club.
• Membership is FREE.
• Valid picture ID is required when enrolling for a card
or redeeming points.
• Points, club membership cards and rewards are non-transferable.
• It is the players responsibility to ensure that all cards
are inserted properly upon play.
• Any misuse or improper conduct of membership may result
in revocation of card membership and all accumulated points.
• Any lost or stolen cards must be reported to the club
booth immediateely, Spirit Lake Casino & Resort is not responsible
for the misuse of lost or stolen cards.
• Spirit Lake Casino & Resort is not responsible for
lost points due to machine malfunctioning or equipment failure.
Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting
from malfunctioning and/or operation error.

right to delete accounts for inactivity of one year.
• All cards are property of Spirit Lake Casino & Resort
and must be returned upon request.
